Last night tried to watch my first 4K Blu-ray but 10 minutes into the movie it froze and was unresponsive. I was able to pull up the Game Center but when I tried to back out to the console menu the screen went black for 45 seconds and then the app crashed. Has anyone else had this issue

I’ve had this issue with some 4K discs, while others play fine. My TV is a Vizio E70-F3 Smartcast. It seems to happen after 30 - 45 minutes into the movie for me. I’m hoping Sony will patch this. None of the suggestions I’ve found online have worked. It’s very frustrating.
