Hello, my Playstation isnt taking in my disks. I dont know when this happened due to me playing fortnite almost always. but today i wanted to insert a disc and it turns out my PS4 wouldnt take it. I have read multiple forums online and i can say my playstation doesnt make any weird sounds or ejects my disc. it just wont accept it. when i try to stick it in it goes in half way and if gets blocked by something. also when i press the eject button (it does beep) nothing happens, usually you hear a noise coming from inside of a disc being ejected. Its as if im trying to feed vegetables to a baby and they wont open their mouth. any body have problems like this?

Well have you carried it anywhere when there has been a disk inside of your PS4? if you have do not do it, that will ruin the disk area. If there is a disk already inside it eject it then try putting it in. Hope this helps. :D

Slide off the shiny black cover in the left side of your PS4. Look down inside the vents and you should see a small white screw. Turn the screw and see if a disc comes out.

This could indicate blu-ray drive failure, or something could be blocking it, like immense amounts of dust. If all else fails, send it to Sony, if affordable.

Any chance do u guys think it could be the ribbon wire
