Hello, I have tried resetting everything I can in order to try to get my ps4 working again, but everything I try doesn’t work. I was playing my ps4 just fine the other night but now when I try to connect to the internet it will only get the IP address and will stop when it tries to connect to the internet. I have tried using both LAN and Wi-Fi connection to see if it was one of those but still won’t work. Any help is appreciated on knowing how to fix this problem.
Did you port forward in your wifi router? To connect PS4 with wifi you need to open port for PS4 on your wifi router. First check port forwarding in your router.
