my ps4 beeps when i turn it on the blue light comes on but i have no hard drive so it don´t even start up with the error message my tv says no signal. so if i put a new hard drive in will it work thanks FreeDeLaHoya

It should at least show the safe mode screen because it will automatically boot into safe mode if no hard drive is installed. The problem is most likely a bad APU graphics processor chip either from console being dropped or overheated usually from dust buildup inside the console.
