My Blackberry Priv is stuck in the headphone mode. When I am using the blue tooth a message will appear stated that headphones are connected. I am not able to make any calls without inserting headphones.
Have a repair shop replace the headphone jack. Parts can be tough to find, I know we keep some from salvage units just for that reason.
