the ink not come out when printing
Instead of water, I would use alcohol. for other printers like Canon, the print head may get clogged. Remove the ink cartridge and use a Q tip soaked with alcohol and lightly touch the print head. allow to soak for a minute then dab with a lint free towel (old T-shirt will work). Install ink cartridge.
