Chosen Solution

The washing machine is not being use. However the pre wash light is coming on and off. We tried pushing buttons to see if we could reset the light, but then multiple lights came on. I cycled the breaker to the washer, it reset the all the lights. But now as we check it every so often, the pre wash light will be on one time we look and then the next time it will be off. Any one know what is causing this or how to fix it?

Try this reset sequence:

Press the “Stop” button twice, then press the “Power” button.

  1. Choose a wash cycle (normal), then choose your wash options (hot/cold).Press The “Start” button to complete the reset process and restart the washing machine.
