when I try to turn on my powerbeats 3, the led blinks white for 3 times, I tried to reset (volume - and power, also pause and power) but nothing change, they are recognized from my pc, but the battery won’t charge , the firmware is 7.7.1 and my pc is running windows 10. thank you
