@fartboxowner verify the model of your TV. Explain a bit better what the screen shows. It is possible that this is a main board issue but can be related to the power board as well. Post some good pictures of your boards with your question so that we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. You need to measure the voltages on your power board and let us know what you find.
