Hi! I jsut replaced the screen on my white Iphone 5S! The replace went very well and the phone is working fine, until i turn it off. After i’ve turned it off, i cant turn it on again unless i disconnect and the connect the battery. This happens pretty much every time, sometimes it works but most of the times i do have to reseat the battery… The only thing i can think of, is that the grounding sticker that is on the metal plate on the inside of the phone doesnt completely stick onto the plate.
Did you accidentally disconnect the power/volume flex? It’s to the left of the lcd flex connector, real small one.
