Hi All , Recently my Iphone 6 16GB got dipped in water ,Apple Service person has informed me that they not do any repairs for Water Damage Phones .The is dead not able start in so i have given it to a third party vendor ,he has informed we have replace Power IC of the Phone and he said that all the data in Phone will be erased as he going to replace Power IC ,so just wanted to know does memory gets erased if replace Power IC ? Thanks
