Is the power connector to blu ray on the motherboard available to buy as a spare part or does the entire board have to be replaced? the connector came loose when i unplugged it, then it disappeared. See image marked with red circle.
Hi Iv had a look online and I can’t seem to find one however I have a solution! If you go onto places like eBay and try and find a used donor board that has your connector on it you can get it that way As for removing it I recommended heating the other side of the board with a hot air station until the solder melts to avoid melting the plastic on the connector Once you have your connector solder it on using a soldering iron to avoid melting it Also are all the pads on the board ok? As when the connectors fall off they sometimes take the pads with them If you are unsure upload a photo or them by using this gem of a guide!
