the wire connected to the charger is loose and ihave to fiddle with the wire till it will charge
it sounds like this is the adapter you need and the wire you speak of is the DC lead at the adapter. https://www.battdepot.com/us/model/noteb… It may be possible to repair that, but it would take some expertise.
