I’m currently working on a PS4 1215A motherboard im trying to replace the Hdmi encoder chip but no matter what I do it won’t come off. This is my first Major job on something like this using a Hot air gun. I can’t find any info on what Temperature to set it at or anything. And every YouTube video that covers these being replaced make it look so easy without telling anything also most times always have cuts in them also so you don’t know truly how long they hold it on there. But any help would be appreciated thank you.
i usually use around 400c 80% air flow, it will depend on the nozzle size you use aswell as flux
