Chosen Solution
Its stuck on the plug to itunes and i plugged it into itunes and it gives an error. The error number is 1671. Do you think i will be able to fix it or should i take it to a professional or Apple Store?? Btw: It happened after my father took it to a guy to put a sim in it a was gonna set it up myself but then he did something to it (i guess he thought i wanted him to set it up or something ) then it popped up and wouldn’t go no matter what i tried.
Error 1671 is an issue where another program interferes with iTunes. Make sure your the administrator and try turning off your antivirus, as I know this can cause problems. If that doesn’t work, move to another computer with iTunes.
