My phone asked for a factory update so I did it and stayed on the white “blu” sign for hours so I removed the battery and now still on blu screen and I did factory reset and still doesn’t work….what do i do to make it turn all the way on??
How long did you wait for it to load after you factory reset it? Sometimes those first boots after a reset take a long time, like 10-15 minutes even…. So wipe it again then let it do its thing on reboot for at least 10 minutes. If still hasn’t booted up in android after ten or fifteen minutes then the partitions may have been corrupted from the failed update & pulling the battery… In that case you’ll need to reinstall the factory ROM.
