I took my phone in the shower With me to listen to Music i placed it far away so water would’nt get into it. and after i got out i used it for 5 minutes it would go black i would take the battery out and back in it would work for a minute and go black again and then after 5 minutes it just went black and the screen never turned back on. what could be wrong? What can i do to fix this problem? The phone turns on but the screen stays black.
Most likely moisture got into the device. Silica gel should remove the moisture and get the phone back working. Otherwise you might want to replace the screen if that does work.
