After going to a store to get my phone screen fixed at a store , I tried to charge it at my house but it didn’t . I had tried to use different cables, sources such as a portable charger, laptop and wall adapter. And I had tried to see if they would also work on a another phone( s3 mini) They didn’t work on my s4 but it did charge the s3 mini. What do you think possibly happened? Please respond asap because I need answers. Thank you
Hi, Your problem is, probably, the charging port itself. If you took your device to a store which replaced your screen they should give you a period time of warranty. Take it back to the store and ask them to replace your Charging Flex.
