My Redmi Note 5 pro is stuck on loading screen for last 13 hours. last time my phone was not connecting to wifi so i rebooted it and from last 13 hours , it is stuck on loading screen.
Hi, Some things to try and resolve the problem: i). Wipe the cache partition and then check if it starts OK ii). Try starting the phone in safe mode and check that it starts OK. If it does then a downloaded app may be the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and then test the phone in normal mode to see if it now works OK. When it does, the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and was not pre-installed on the phone.
I just waited for my phone to discharge . After battery was finished, I connected charger and started my phone simply.
