My poco x3 pro is dead it is not starting at all… Firstly it use to restart automatically but one while I was in a mid of a call the phone gone dead with sufficient battery

There are many issues that might cause this behavior, a soft reset as suggested by @geirandersen may work, if not, first try it again after charging it for at least 5 minutes with the manufacturers charger and cable from a known good outlet. Try the forced reset again holding the power button until you see the poco logo appear, release the power button this will take at least 10 seconds. If the phone does not respond it may be stuck in a boot loop this video shows you how to disconnect and reconnect the battery which will reset the phone without losing your data. If that fails the problem is most likely a hardware issue. If the phone works ok while charging but not on battery, the battery is probably in need of replacement. If none of that works it needs to be repaired ; has it been exposed to any liquid spills? Dropping this device can cause damage to among other things solder joints repair is possible but requires board level repair. There are members in the businesses section here who can help or you can search for a local provider.

Start by connecting the phone to a charger, then pressing and holding the Power button for at least 8 seconds. This is a hard restart, but it’s not 100% it’ll work. If that fails, you could try a factory restore, but that will wipe your data!

your phone is dead. this happened to almost all poco x3pro users out there including me. the only thing u can do is claim warranty but if your warranty expired, you are F!!!!!

I had the same issue after nearly 9 months of usage. I went to the service centre and they refused to repair it as the phone is an out-of-serviceable repair product or something like that, they said. In short, the company stopped making the spare parts, so the only option is that the service centre people will tell you to get a free-of-cost replacement with PocoX4 Pro (only if the previous model is still under warranty). Otherwise, you need to buy a brand new phone regardless in both cases, your data is gone if you don’t have any prior backup.

I had my poco now for one and a half years. First time happened after 9months, took it to the store, all was fine.. Then a few months after it happened again. And again.. But I now got used to it, when it cuts out, leave it resting at least 24h, then try to start.. Someone said at least every 15 days, switch of the phone to reboot and it will stay healthy

If Anyone having problems of restarting try to disable location it help me alot and also update security app to latest
