My Phone Model: Samsung Galaxy Grand Dous GT-19082 Power On Work! but wont start at all. only samsung display on screen.

Is it restarting or simply turns off? I had an older Samsung Galaxy phone and a faulty battery caused bootloop. After I replaced the battery it worked flawlessy.
