Phone is showing a white screen after the techfone logo and repeating, non-stop. Please help… (Phone is a LGL36C) edit2: (edit 1 was me adding something) the phone can load the charing thing, still doesn’t boot up
Perhaps booting your phone into “Safe Mode” and then performing a full factory reset may help.
- Turn your phone on. Hold down the phone’s Power button until the Power Menu appears.
- Instead of just tapping Restart, hold this option down until your phone reboots.
- Hopefully, your phone will now boot to a readable screen. If so, you can now go to the phone’s Settings and perform a full factory reset.
