Why wont my phone recognize my sim card
Hello! I am sorry to hear about your problem. I will try my best to help you, you have probably dones this already, but its better to do them once to much than once less and give up! right? :) *Try look at your simcard and see if there is any damage to the gold platings.
- Please wipe it gently with your shirt as well to take of some dust or such? (rear case but it might happen)Take a deep breath and blow gently into the SimCard holder on your phone, there might be dust and debris there. if this didn’t work, i would recommend you to take backup of everything on your phone, and try factory reset your phone. in some cases this might be the case.
