Chosen Solution the ink not come out when printing Instead of water, I would use alcohol. for other printers like Canon, the print head may get clogged. Remove the ink cartridge and use a Q tip soaked with alcohol and lightly touch the print head. allow to soak for a minute then dab with a lint free towel (old T-shirt will work). Install ink cartridge.

If so, you could do like I did yesterday and accidentally forgot the ribbons that lead from the power/eject buttons to the motherboard. If it has remained intact and just one day wouldn’t turn on anymore, there’s a good chance the power supply is bad.

The guide does have you remove the innards, but in all reality you just need to follow steps 7 and 8....

Just installed a different motherboard. Unit finally starts up; i.e. I can hear the fan spinning and after several seconds I hear a start-up chime, but the screen stays black; no apple logo. I would start by making sure the device isn’t on mute and turning the volume up some to try to hear. If that doesn’t work you should go into the settings, then sound, and try to change it from there....

Now it is not and not charging, which is strange as iTunes saw it before, but i’m guessing I must have smashed to charging section inside at the same time and was just running on what battery it had left. Chosen Solution Hello everyone! I just changed the original battery in my 15” early 2013 retina mbp running macOS Mojave 10.14.6 with one bought from iFixit. The substitution went fine and everything seemed OK: the new battery outperforms the original one in capacity (8626 mAh, at the beginning it gave something like 8860 mAh, then it dropped to 8626 after the first cycle) and doesn’t exhibit sudden discharges, BUT… I calibrated it following the instructions given here on the iFixit website and before completing the calibration the readings between the system remaining charge indicator were almost spot on with CoconutBattery and with the charge in mAh indicated in the system report - energy tab....
