I only use the large cup in general and found that this cup only works when one particular cup hook is pressed into one particular part of the base. Why this is so I don’t know. I rotated the cup around to hit all 3 of the base connectors which is how I found this out....

I guess those are related to the battery but could not find anything specific. Chosen Solution Hi, After testing my iPhone 8 after taking the logic board out, the power button doesn’t work but all the other buttons do. What could’ve happened? Reseat that connector to see if that fixes it. If not I would order a new flex cable and try that.

When using the type of cable / connector that utilizes a snap lock/push buttons to release - no problems! When using the other type of devices that have a slide in only type of connection, I develop problems with the connection jack. I have to wiggle the cable or iTouch until the correct alignment is achieve, and the communications / charging work....
