Battery was low, showing the batt pic with the red line…. when I plugged it in, looked like it was charging, but didn’t, Re tried on different charger still no charge. Both are good chargers. also, when pluued into charger , won’t turn on ? should it ? Any ideas ? Has there been any trauma to the device recently? A drop? Liquid damage? If not I would suspect the charge port is the problem....
Chosen Solution Recently I am not able to connect my laptop to WiFi network. Theres no icon for WiFi connection. Only ethernet cable not plugged icon is shown . I checked device manager for network adaptor but it’s not showing any Wireless adapter it’s showing only local area network cable adaptor I have already reinstalled wireless adaptor and I have checked power options too. .. looks like laptop is not detecting wireless connection....
Chosen Solution I have a MacBook 7,1 (mid 2010) and it has an internal optical drive. However, when I try to put a CD into it, I can just move it around and the drive does not do anything. It doesn’t block the CD, but also doesn’t try to pull it in or make any noise. It also seems like my Mac doesn’t recognize the optical drive at all; it isn’t listed anywhere and system info -> burn disks says it couldn’t find any drive for it....

Mark Salvador this sounds like your camera has an issue with the UV filter. It usually sites by the CMOS sensor. In answer to your question, yes, it is fixable. But as @oldturkey03 pointed out your friend should stop using the device until it is properly fixed. After finally fixing the fingerprint sensor issue, I still find myself with a major problem: The touch screen is less “precise” when typing fast. Namely, when I am writing fast and touch the screen in two points almost simultaneously, it interprets it as a “swipe”, and therefore misses the first of the two touches. Chosen Solution Had changed disc drive do to power problem. Power problem is fixed. Now system will play dvds but won’t play games. Insert game and drive kicks on and off. As if trying to read disc. Had already reset drive by holding down the eject button for 15 seconds. It sounds like it resets but still does not work with game disc. The blue part of the drive is probably never good to begin with, DVD playback uses the red part so it’s working....

Chosen Solution I did a screen replacement and a flex cable replacement on an iPad 2, CDMA. In short, the power button will turn on and off the iPad, however, pressing the power button will not put the display to sleep or wake it. I’m assuming that the square circuitry on the flex cable, between the volume buttons and the board connector controls this and could be bad? Any suggestions?...
Chosen Solution Got 2 fire sticks power cable wont go into the 1st one but goes into the second one looked in both ports and 1st port looks bent downwards Any idea to fix this If I were you I would disassemble the device and gently try to bend the port back upwards with some pliers or tweezers, see if you can get it to fit with the case back on....
