Chosen Solution Good day people! Our home just got struck by the typhoon Odette, and for 6 days, I was not able to charge my phone. The phone in question is 6 years old, and in fact it still works good, although my only problem was the fast battery drainage which would only make my phone last for 6 hours without charge. I cut my usb cable charger and plugged the positive and negative wires into a battery I found, and I accidentally sticked them to the wrong portion, which results in the charger wires smoking....

Chosen Solution My Galaxy S5 was exposed to sunlight and now its screen has gone black, while the phone is still working. I can hear the touch sounds but the screen is black. sometimes the screen turns on when I keep pressing the power button again and again and it works fine until i relock it. Chosen Solution I have a Vizio Model # E470i-A0 When its turned on the power light turns on and stays on for about 3-5 seconds and blinks once then goes out. Nothing shows up on the screen and no sound. I have tried to look for the blinking codes for this tv but am unable to find anything. Chosen Solution Hi all, I was replacing my WiFi and Bluetooth antenna inside my PS4 and I was able to do that just fine. HOWEVER, during the part where you need to disconnect the power supply connector from the power supply (and I was told to be careful with it as to not rip it off the motherboard) it was kind of stuck. I wiggled it back and forth for quite some time before finally pulling it out....

Chosen Solution The system turns on and boots up , even loads the games but no matter what controler I attempt to use it will not link it. It just stopped mid game one evening has not worked since I had an issue with the controller not syncing (4 flashing lights) and presumed it was the contoller after trying the reset button . After buying another controller (which did exactly the same thing) I worked out that it must be something to do with the Wifi/Bluetooth circuitry in the PS3....

Chosen Solution I got this laptop for college 8/2012 and it’s been a trooper (got me through mechanical engineering), but I randomly looked up its specs today and was surprised to see everywhere lists this as “bluetooth enabled”, even though I’ve never seen anything bluetooth related pop up on screen before. I tried looking where the bluetooth icon/functions would normally be (on computers equipped with bluetooth) to no avail. I downloaded the Intel PROSet bluetooth driver for U57A from Asus and it said that my computer had a newer version installed than the one Asus lists....

Chosen Solution Hello all, I recently acquired this late 2016 MacBook Pro A1707 15” with Touch Bar that was liquid damaged. The battery was all puffy so I replaced it with an ifixit brand battery but I can not get the computer to boot into recovery or show anything other than the backlight. I tried to reset SMC and NVRAM but I’m not sure if I did either correctly. I can’t find the board schematic for this machine either and I don’t know where to go....

Chosen Solution My LG 60PV400-UB tv has started to give me this problem. I power on the tv and only the sound comes on. No picture. I have to power on and off the tv multiple times to get the picture to turn on. The more days this goes on, it takes more and more times to power on and off the tv. What could be causing this? Chosen Solution i have the same problem, getting no picture at all, sound works fine… (tv model is samsung UA55HU9000WXXY @bnt you will have to open it and take a look at the boards. It is possible that this is caused by a bad inverter. If it’s the inverter you will get some light or picture on the screen when it switches on for a fraction of a second, then the backllight goes off but you will continue to have sound....

Chosen Solution Hi I recently purchased a Saturn from eBay and after connecting it to my TV it seemed to be fine but after a few seconds the power went. If I leave it for a while and try again the power led will blink green and then it just dies again. Could this just be a fuse issue as I cannot see any obvious broken bits on the power supply board (I have no meter to test the fuse) Any ideas?...

Chosen Solution Charges fine, tried multiple laptops/leads etc Any ideas what it could be except charging port? obviously don’t want to have to replace that because it’s a massive job for something so insignificant David, There is a software setting in the phone to force it into “Charge Only” mode. Maybe it is stuck in that mode? My old droid phone would ask when it was plugged in. Does yours prompt you at all when you plug it in to a computer?...

Chosen Solution The new battery is great, but now the touch screen is unresponsive and ‘blocky’. Any ideas of what I might’ve done wrong? @nathanhughes double check your work. Make sure that the connectors are properly seated and that the connectors are in good shape. USe a magnifying source to verify that none of pins are bend etc.

Replace the motor. Did you try to replace the motor? It seems to me that this is the only way to fix your drone. But I think that in this case there will be another problem....
