The two touch capacitive buttons for recent apps and back are located there. Could be water damage inside or cable rip if screen changed before. You will probably have to take off the screen which requires you to be careful to not break the LCD....

Chosen Solution Pink line down my screen from drop I believe, there is no damage to the screen just internals. With pressure, placd at the UN in the SAMNSUNG name, it goes away til the pressure is gone and it returns. @guardianactual could be dislodged connector and/or a broken TAB on the LCD itself. You’ll have to disassemble it and check the connector first, make sure it is properly seated. If it is, you will most likely have to replace the LCD itself....

Chosen Solution The power cable on my laptop has suddenly stopped pushing into the socket properly. It seems to push the fitting in the socket back so it will not enter the plug properly. I have checked a different charger but that is the same. I think it will possibly need a new socket. Are there any guides how to change it, I am having difficulty finding one. Chosen Solution Hello all, I recently bought a 500 GB Samsung 860 EVO 2.5” form factor SSD to swap it out with the primary HDD in a mid 2011 21.5” iMac. Problem is, the computer doesn’t boot (shows a prohibitory symbol) whenever the 860 is inside the chassis and connected to the motherboard through SATA, however, having an external SATA to USB enclosure, I managed to install macOS anyways, and the iMac boots just fine from the SSD when it’s connected trough USB....

Chosen Solution I have a Samsung powerbot and it just stopped working one day. I have tried to replace the battery and the charging station but it does the same thing. When I move the powerbot to the charging station by hand, it starts to blink when on the charger. Then after a few mins it stops and will not charge.
