Chosen Solution Many times I need to install an operating system other than the current one a machine is running from. I hook up a drive externally with an adapter, go to install but my machine tells me I can’t do it because the operating system is newer. I can’t get to the drive to select it. i.e. The MacPro is running 10.11.2 but I need to install 10.9 on an external drive to go into say a MacBook Pro 2009....

There is a micro switch that turns the camera off when you open it. If the battery cover does not press down on the switch, the camera won’t go on. Make sure that the battery compartment door covers the batteries so that the micro switch senses that the cover is closed....

Half of the display is now unreadable, making it useless for work. Chosen Solution I ordered and followed the video instructions to replace the iPhone battery for a series 1. I also replaced the adhesive strip and the pressure band. The battery was at 0% so I charged it until it was at 100%, then gave it to my mother. The battery does not seem to want to hold a charge for more then a couple of hours. It’s not getting much of a workout with my 80 year old mom, it’s mostly keeps time and helps her find her phone....
Chosen Solution Replaced cracked screen, now new screen works fine at room temperature but loses touch functionality when cold Bad replacement screen. Can’t really do much other than try another one. Chosen Solution The power is On , the LED indicator for power is on, but the tv have no display. there is no respond with the remote control nor with the power switch on the tv. I put off the tv and wait, I put it on again but same problem sounds like there is no logic function on your mainboard. this is most likely the issue. to test, youll require a multimeter and the ability to use it....

Can you check if the phone is stuck in headphone mode? The volume sliders shown when you press volume up and down should be at different volumes when you unplug plug in headphones. Naar the speaker contacts on the mainboard you have two bronze coils check they are still there and haven’t been knocked off or came off one solder pad....

I have no video or audio but it turns on and the disc spins and everything but there is no black screen or anything its like it isnt even connected to the tv and the cords are good cuz I use them with my regular wii all the time? The indication is a grey screen with either a folder icon with a question mark, or the universals ’no’ symbol. Prior to these incidents, the lap top will often become noticeably hot. So far, the condition clears itself after multiple restarts. I just. installed the ‘memory maxxer Ram upgrade kit’ in hopes that additional RAM would clear the problem....

Chosen Solution My iPhone 6 was dropped into water and as such I had to replace the battery, screen with home button and charging/headphone port. I thought it was fine however now getting strange behaviour. The battery charges ok and phone starts up on charge, when cable is removed all is ok, can shut down phone using power button, however cannot start phone back up. Additionally phone will often ‘die’ and again can’t be restarted until plugged in....
Chosen Solution My boost max zte is always saying low storage and even if I uninstalled 1/2 the apps it still says insufficient storage to update or download some apps . I have tried to transfer files and apps to my sd card but still get the insufficient storage problem Basic possible fix to see if this helps as when you say you have deleted everything accept the cache as well and that is most often the problem....

I have to use a USB headset for any of the audio, the analog jacks dont work. Chosen Solution Hi boys and girls My girl friend’s laptop’s outer shell broke close to the left hinge of the monitor (pictures on google drive: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1yioxZ-...). Dell charged 68$ to ship the laptop to repair center for inspection and 98$ for replacing the bottom and palm rest plastic housing (part labor and tax). they didn’t acknowledge this as a defect because it doesn’t happen often enough. My girl friend uses this laptop to run SAS so it’s just under normal daily use and my girlfriend claimed she never dropped it....
Chosen Solution Hi, eveannwallis, i had the imac 21.5" with a core i5 and a fusion drive with 8 of ram, i replace with a core i7 7700, 32gb of ram, the proprietary NVMe of 32gb i replaced it with a 256gb and the mechanical drive replaced with a 500 gb ssd 2.5, now the problems is that a can not (or a don’t know) fusion back the two drives, also when try to install windows through the bootcamp does not let me do it :( …....
Chosen Solution Hi, a couple of months ago I stupidly dropped my PS3 super slim, and since then the console’s hard disk drive which I bought separately from the console can no longer be found. I took the hdd out of the console, checked to see if there was any damage, put it back in and it was still wasn’t found. I then booted the console into safe mode however only two options are available for me to pick from - “Restart system” and “Change system storage”....
Chosen Solution Situation: I replaced the HDMI port on this ps4 and tried to make sure each of the HDMI back-pins were soldered onto the pads. Issue:(Yes, I tried safe mode.) As it is now, the ps4 cannot work on 1080p and is undetectable on my 4k tv, but it works and it is detectable on my 1080p monitor. 2-3 wires for each HDMI cable, that I tested, were apparently going haywire; meaning, I could get continuity from that wire to more than one pin/several pins....
