I have a Note 9 with AT&T and this past month it has been auto rejecting my phone calls. I will go through my call log and see that I have tons of calls being rejected, even calls I have saved in my contacts. It is up to date with the newest update and no, Do Not Disturb is not on. Also, the numbers being rejected are not on my block list. All of my notifications are turned on. If i’m using the phone, I’ll see a call come in then it will disappear immediately. I’d also like to add that the numbers that are being rejected are still able to text me. I’ve been doing a ton of research, but cannot find a solution to this problem. Please help!
check for any third party apps installed on your phone. If none are present, backup your phone and do a factory reset. Sounds like a software issue.
