TV working except for channels 1 and 2

Hi @adnerb , Bit confused here, you first say “Not working on all channels” then you say “TV working except for channels 1 and 2”. Which is it - no channels at all working or all channels working except for two channels from all the available channels or do you normally only have access to the two channels? What is the model number of the TV? What is the signal source for the TV, antenna or a “box” of some description? Have you tried rescanning for the channels? What have you tried?
