my laptop is MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports), don’t see in the list, can I upgrade it?

Hi there @okjay , Unfortunately you can NOT upgrade the ram on newer MacBook models as it is soldered onto the board.
