Freezer stopped cooling and a day later the top fridge stopped cooling. Received 21E & 22E codes. We’ve replaced the freezer fan motor and the fridge fan. Fans are now running but still not cooling. No longer receiving any error codes. I have done a reset of the system. I am at a loss for what to do next or what might need replacing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, Is the compressor motor running? Is the evaporator unit in the freezer compartment (behind a panel) icy cold to the touch? The evaporator fan in the freezer should be blowing cold air into the compartment if it is. If the compressor is running but the evap unit is not icy cold then there is a problem with the sealed system or the compressor. If the compressor is not running then there is a problem with the compressor or the control board
