Chosen Solution
So After I Dropped My Phone In Water I Dried It off For a Few Hours after that it was all fine then I accidentally Dropped it then It started Vibrating all Crazy but everyting was still working then I Turned it Off it wont Power back on but still Vibrates Continuously Now after a few Alcohol baths I plug it in and after 20 min the vibrating stopped and I was able to turn it on but It wouldn’t let me turn on wi-fi and wont detect My sim anymore
After a phone is been wet the connections start to corrode immediately. If you have any chance of saving a you should have disconnected the battery as soon as possible. And never charge it. Then dry it for a couple of days with warm air. Clean up any corrosion with alcohol and you are lucky if it will work long enough to get your data off. The phone is most likely dead and you can pay a few hundred dollars to get the data off of it or buy a new phone.
