I am not able to hear anything during the call although call is being connected and the volume is at max. The speaker option is not also working. Although there is no problem with Whatsapp calling .
Hi @pranav_agarwal , Try wiping the cache partition and check if this resolves the problem Try starting the phone in safe mode and check if you can hear OK when on a normal call. If you can then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the phone in normal mode between each uninstall until it works OK. When it does then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit. Try starting with downloaded apps that were installed or updated around about the time that the problem started.
