ok, i just bought a brand new ps4 slim last black Friday.and I am having this issue that when I turned it on sometimes it just doesn’t give me any video signal. (i can hear it , I mean it turns on ) what could it be? then I try rebooting it but the same result unless I unplug it from the outlet and then it starts normally. help please
Make sure the PS4 is connected to the correct HDMI port. Try unplugging and re-plugging the HDMI cable in again to make sure you have a secure connection. If it’s connected to the correct port, you could switch it to another available port and try again. Also make sure your PS4 is up to date in updates and make sure you vents are cleared of dust and it’s not in an enclosed cabinet for it to overheat.
