When I connect my HP 15-1305dx to a TV, the sound does not transfer, only the picture. What setting do I need to change to get the sound to transfer?
@calvink try this first:" Make sure that the HDMI cable is connected to your TV. The HDMI option will not show up under Sound, until the HDMI cable connected to the TV. You will need to set HDMI as Default Audio out…To switch the audio source in the Control Panel, follow the steps below. Click Start , Control Panel , Hardware and Sound , and then Sound, Select the HDMI audio device, click Set Default , and then OK. If your HDMI does not show up, you may have to install the newest drivers for your HP
