The right and left ear of my headset have to be twisted and pressure applied for any sound to be heard. I have never repaired any electronic device…please how do I go about this? I have gone to every length but nobody cares and they couldn’t be bothered. They just ask me to buy a new one but hey I’ve just used this for a year and a month. I NEED to fix this. HELLPPP!!!! #sadpuppyface
The wire is broken internally. When you twist and add pressure the broken area is making enough contact to work. Replace the wire or most likely the easiest and cheapest route is to replace the headset.
