I no longer get sound as it stating I have no audio output device installed. I’ve performed several refreshes of the complete system without any success The bios has been flashed and still no joy. Any ideas.
Also check control center > sound devices and make sure its outputting to the correct device. After updates windows tend to change sound settings. If that doesnt work contact hp and ask for driver help
