I have nothing coming out of any speaker. When I push for volume up or down there is no icon. Also there is no vibrate.
When taking a call if the speaker icon is greyed out the audio IC is at fault. If voice memos does not allow the recording to start that is another symptom of audio IC fault. Better to backup your phone now via iTunes for example because when the audio IC gets worse it’ll cause the phone to boot loop on apple logo making the phone unusable. Basically there are weak solder pad connections (due to non-leaded solder being used) that connect audio chip to the logic board that need to be reinforced by jumper wires, also the chip gets replaced as well. Audio IC is only replaced by someone that does micro-soldering.
Sounds like is related to audio issue,First open the charging flex and check signal shows or not if same that is the fault of audio codic or audio ic.
