Chosen Solution

I bought a new phone through straight talk which is what I’ve been using for a year I took my old SIM that I used in my iPhone and put it in my s8 and I can’t make calls I can use my data and text messaging but everytime I attempt to place a call I get the same error message I’ve tried restarting the phone and clearing the cache and nothing has worked any help would be appreciated

Take the phone to a local Samsung store they should be able to fix it for you, sounds like a weird software issue if it reads the sim card and allows calls, mobile data to work but not phone calls.
