Hi, I would check resistor C940_RF under shield close to Battery connector!
Look in settings if you see the IMEI number. If not, it probably is a baseband problem. The chip is located under the EMI shield below SIM tray. It is the Qualcomm one. Note that you can’t replace it because the chip is linked with the serial number of the iPhone. If a reflow/reball don’t work, you lost the phone feature.
