On my play station 4 slim does not show picture or I don’t hear the sound. I tired the 7 second thing and still nothing. Please help! Thank you
Hey Aaron, if your fans are spinning and everything seems functioning, try switching the cables or using a different display. If neither of those work, take a look and make sure the HDMI cable isn’t directional. If it is directional, make sure the source and output are properly connected. If it still fails, check to see if there’s any physical damage to the HDMI port.
