Nest Heatlink will not connect. To thermostat No light on Heatlink. 6 digit doesn’t work. No Wi-Fi probs.
@Fiona Reid Something could have gone faulty on the heatlink’s motherboard. If you feel like it, disconnect the power from the heatlink and then remove it and open it up and inspect the board for any obvious damage. If you see something or you’re not quite sure, post some close up images back here in your question. Here’s how to do this on ifixit Adding images to an existing question Be SAFETY AWARE and double check that the power has been disconnected from the heatlink as there is dangerous AC voltage involved, before starting any further work on removal etc. See p.32 of the installation manual
