My 1155 socket motherboard has no display has 3 beep error. I replaced ram and cpu and still no display. What could be the problem and how can I fix it? (1155 Intel motherboard I3 cpu, ddr3)

Hi Albert, We can’t accurately help you unless you tell us what make and model your motherboard is. You have only told us the socket name/number. Look around the board - usually in white ink also look for “Revision” or “Rev” or “R” with a number following. But having said that if it is an Intel board: 3 beeps On-off (1.0 second each) three times, then 2.5-second pause (off). The pattern repeats until the computer is powered off. Cause :Memory error Solution: Reseat the memory.Make sure that the contacts on the memory and the socket are clean.Try removing one bank of memory modules at a time. (Some systems can require a memory module in Bank 0.)Try using memory modules from the same manufacturer with the same part number and speed.Check for a faulty memory module by trying the memory in a known good system. Older Board: 1 long beep followed by 2 short beeps Video configuration failure (a faulty video card or no card installed), or an external ROM module does not properly checksum to zero. 3 beeps First 64K memory failure.
