Hello, Today i installed a new SSD into my macbook pro early 2015 (A1502). The name of the SSD is Western Digital Blue SN550 500GB. When i do black magic speed test i only get 400 MB/s write and 1350 MB/s read…. even the standard SSD is faster :( I already tried changing the startup disk and i enabled Trim but no change in speed. I don’t know what to do to increase the speeds of my new ssd. Thankyou for helping me!
This drive was built for PC machines and not for Macs. You need a drive that is built for a Mac such as the OWC blades.
