Hello thank you reading my post I completely build my first pc got a tuf x570 plus wifi motherboard , ryzen 5600x , gigabyte 5500 xt, Corsair 4000x , h100i platinum, and a game Max 750w psu. The problem stars after finishing my setup the board is completely dead no rgb no fans nothing how can I test if my motherboard is dead?
Hi @carlos1015 , First check that the PSU cables are securely connected to the motherboard. Then check that the front panel cable connections to the header pins on the motherboard are correct, especially the Power on/off switch. (see image below or p.1-13 of the user manual
(click on image to enlarge for better viewing) If they are OK and the PC won’t start, then disconnect the power to the PSU and then disconnect the PSU cables from the motherboard and perform a paperclip test on the PSU to check if the PSU turns on OK and is supplying the correct voltages
