Hello, I recently installed the new iFixIt battery I ordered. After installation, I wiped the phone and restored from backup. Drained the battery to 0% and did a full charge and reset (home button & sleep button). Now when the battery gets to 36%, it drops to 17%. This has happened twice now in 1 week. What would cause this?
Sounds to me that there is some sort of battery issue. I doubt they would send you a defective battery so it could be something with your phone.
You can definitely get bad batteries from time to time. I’d get a replacement and try that first.
