@fayknox …this model does not have a reset pin. use this guide to try and recover your original password: https://www.nuvision.com/faq try this to reset this device back to factory settings, including erasing all of your data: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNOfPxEK… these are the 2 options. good luck
