i just broke the screen len it broke in one big crack in the len it work fine it just the len but it just need the screen len how i shoold i replace it and not brake it more and the backlight

So their is actually a really good guide that shows how to replace the front panel. The guide does have you remove the innards, but in all reality you just need to follow steps 7 and 8. I’ll link it here for you.
